I’m an experience strategist who loves turning tough problems into possibilities.
I most recently lead the Experience Strategy practice for Digitas North America, where we focused on identifying the kinetic insights that change behavior, build belief and help our clients create meaningful change.
I’ve spent my career watching digital evolve—and helping brands evolve with it. With a background in music and storytelling, and deep experience across digital content, interface design, communications, and product strategy, I help organizations invent the future in real time.
I’ve worked at and consulted with companies that run the gamut from established - IBM, Bank of America, Aetna - to evolutionary - AKGA, R/GA, Fantasy Interactive.
I’ve gotten around. I’ve done the things. I’ve designed campaigns, helped build digital products and services, and helped companies work better together. I helped design a school and helped design a bus - somehow unrelated. I’ve led projects, I’ve led and grown teams, I’ve won and lost business and learned from both. I’ve helped create work that has won awards and have been published and spoken at conferences.
